Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger in a mixing bowl.
  • Toss in the tofu cubes to coat.
  • Bake the tofu for 25 minutes on a baking sheet.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, maple syrup, and rice vinegar.
  • Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Combine the broccoli florets and water in a mixing bowl.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender, covered.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes after adding the soy sauce mixture.
  • Toast the sesame seeds and red pepper flakes in a small pan until fragrant.
  • Divide the rice, tofu, and broccoli among four bowls to serve.
